I used to never be a fan of stuffed jalapeños. Lately, I have had a mild obsession for them. And that obsession is growing into an issue that I soon may need to seek an intervention for. This recipe for Bacon & Pineapple Jalapeño Peppers is the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer! The flavor will blow you away! Not only are these jalapeño peppers creamy, cheesy, savory, but they also have a twist to the traditional recipe, which in my opinion, makes them even better!
These Bacon & Pineapple Jalapeño Peppers have pineapple bits mixed with the cream cheese. They are basted with a Spicy Cajun BBQ Sauce, which makes them sweet, spicy, and savory!
I would highly recommend you wear gloves to slice and de-seed the jalapeños. Using your bare hands for this task and accidentally rubbing your eyes will be a mistake you only have to make one time to never do it again.
If you’re making enough of these peppers to warrant lighting your outdoor grill, they are awesome if you cook them over the open flame.
