
Beef Fajitas are one of my favorite meals! My husband and I eat them for lunch at least once a week. Unfortunately, not all beef fajitas are created equally. A lot of Mexican restaurants tend to overcook the meat, they come out tough and chewy and it has very little flavoring.
There are a few restaurants in Dallas that have perfected their fajitas. Uncle Julio’s is one of my favorite places to eat fajitas, primarily because of the marinade they use. Hands down, I think they are the best fajitas in town! The juices and seasonings they use provide such a great flavor to the beef. They are perfectly cooked to my preferred temperature of medium rare and once all of the toppings are added, it’s a flavor explosion in your mouth! This recipe is my rendition of the best fajitas in Big D!
