Pie Tap Pizza Workshop + Bar is a great neighborhood pizza joint with locations throughout the DFW Metroplex. It is a laid back establishment and is great for families, large parties, and date night.
Some of our favorite dishes include the Salami Pie and the Prosciutto Pie. Their pizza dough only has 4 ingredients and takes 3 days to perfect it! Their salads are fantastic (and that saying a lot because I’m very picky when it comes to salads I’ll endorse). The Workshop Salad is my favorite. My favorite time to go to Pie Tap is during their weekend brunch hours. Not only do they serve $3 mimosas, but they have some of the best brunch dishes in town. My favorites are their Chicken + Biscuits, Farmhouse Breakfast, and the Breakfast Sandwich. If you dine here during brunch…DO NOT, and I repeat…DO NOT miss their Calabrian Potatoes. They are unlike anything you’ll find at another brunch joint! So crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They also have a spicy ketchup that will kick it up a notch!
On Tuesdays they have $12 Pies. On Wednesdays they have $12 Whole Roasted Chickens. And on Thursdays they have $12 Pasta. Happy Hour is from 4PM – 6PM Monday – Friday.
