One of the many things I love about visiting Louisiana is experiencing all of the different ways they use crawfish. Boiled crawfish, fried crawfish, crawfish étouffée, and now…a crawfish chicken biscuit! Tender pieces of buttermilk fried chicken tenders placed in between a homemade buttermilk biscuit and smothered in crawfish étouffée. Can brunch get more decadent than this?
