Piccata is an Italian dish usually made with veal or chicken. We visited Valentino’s Ristorante Italiano in Rowlett, TX last night and one of their specials for the night was Salmon Piccata. I decided to order it and it was an incredible combination of fresh salmon, lemon, capers, artichokes, spinach, red bell peppers, and tomatoes.
