I am a huge fan of unique pizzas and this may be one of the most unique pizzas I’ve ever had. I originally discovered the pizza at Snake River Grill in Jackson Hole, WY and decided to try recreating it at home, since Jackson Hole is about 20 hours away! The key to this recipe is to make sure you make a thin crust pizza so that you don’t take away from the gloriousness of the steak tartare. In this recipe, the crust is an accompaniment and should definitely not be the main focus.
