
We’re heading to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in a few weeks and when we head somewhere tropical, all that we eat is seafood, seafood, and more seafood! I first had this dish at a sushi restaurant in my hometown and the presentation was so memorable that we’ve recreated it several times at home. It’s such a simple dish to make, but it will have your sushi loving friends begging for more.
